Textile and fabric sourcing from China.
Foshan Unison Trading supports business buyers with fabric sourcing, supplier communication and order follow-up in China. Our published work includes textile sourcing for distribution in Bangladesh, while we welcome enquiries from international B2B buyers.

Describe the material, not just the trade name
A product name or photograph is a starting point. For a meaningful supplier comparison, the material specification needs to describe what the buyer expects to receive.
- State the fibre composition, construction, weight, width and intended use where relevant.
- Identify required grade, condition, colour, finish and any acceptable variation.
- Confirm the quotation unit, order quantity and whether weight refers to net material or packed goods.
Make sample and batch expectations explicit
A reference sample helps supplier communication, but the order still needs an agreed specification and a clear basis for acceptance.
- Keep an identifiable record of the sample or specification approved by the buyer.
- For repeat buying, explain which batch characteristics must stay consistent and which may vary.
- Where fibre identity or performance needs laboratory verification, identify the required test separately from a visual inspection.
Connect product details with shipment preparation
Packing and labelling information should be discussed while the supplier can still follow up any missing details.
- Confirm roll or package identification, packing quantities and the required label information.
- Ask for net and gross weights and packing dimensions for shipment planning.
- Share the destination, requested timing and any documents your import or customs advisers need.
Agree the scope before the order.
Visual checks cannot by themselves confirm fibre composition, material performance or suitability for a technical application. Any laboratory testing and product-specific acceptance criteria need to be separately agreed before the order or inspection.
Questions buyers ask
Do you support repeat textile orders?
Yes. Our website describes textile sourcing for distribution and repeat purchasing as relevant areas of support. Send the material specification, quantity, destination and expected purchasing schedule.
Can a visual inspection confirm fibre composition?
Visual product checks alone do not confirm fibre composition. If material identity is important to your purchase, specify the evidence or laboratory testing required and agree it separately.
Is there one minimum order quantity for all fabrics?
We do not publish one universal fabric MOQ. Supplier availability, product specification, grade and packing all affect the order options. Share your required quantity for a relevant discussion.
