Turn the project brief into an item schedule
A commercial project may combine custom products and off-the-shelf items. A clear item schedule keeps supplier quotations and project changes easier to follow.
- Give each item a reference, quantity, dimensions, material and finish or colour reference.
- For lighting and powered products, provide the required voltage, power information, intended use and documentation requirements.
- Identify any sample approval, custom packaging or mounting details that must be confirmed before production.
